Please join me for an intimate, group sound healing experience at The Indigo Doors. The New
Moon is a time for introspection and setting intentions for the month ahead. The Full Moon can be a time of release. It can help us
recognize and let go of things that are blocking us from pursuing our desires and purpose. Intentions for the sound baths will be to
provide frequency and vibration to assist with turning inward, focusing on what you want to cultivate in your life, and releasing
what is not serving you. Sessions include guided color frequency meditations and light language transmissions. I will guide you through this deeply relaxing, supportive, and balancing journey.
We have a lovely space at The Indigo Doors offices in St Clair Shores. Sound Baths will be held in the event space where participants will be surrounded by beautiful, channeled art by Wendy Fournier. The energy of the space is peaceful. The art pieces are healing portals. Events in this space are an incredible experience!
We will be lying on the floor, so please bring a yoga mat or meditation chair and cushions or pillows for your head. Bolsters and blankets are available for your use as well. We recommend you dress in comfortable layers.
Sound baths are generally safe for everyone. However, if you have medical concerns, medical devices (such as pacemaker or insulin pump), or metal implants, it is highly recommended that you speak with your Medical Provider prior to participating in sound healing sessions or sound baths for your own safety.
Please plan to arrive a little early to get settled in. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to starting time.
Meditation will begin 5 minutes after event start time.
