Please join me for a group sound healing experience with NWWP Wellness at Holy Cross in Livonia.  Bathe in the vibrations and frequencies of drums, chimes, crystal and Tibetan bowls. Sessions include guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and color frequency visualizations. I will guide you through this deeply relaxing, supportive, and balancing journey. 

We will be lying on the floor, so please bring a yoga mat or meditation chair and cushions or pillows for your head.  Bolsters and blankets are recommended as needed for your comfort. We recommend you dress in comfortable layers.

Sound baths are generally safe for everyone.  However, if you have medical concerns, medical devices (such as pacemaker or insulin pump), or metal implants, it is highly recommended that you speak with your Medical Provider prior to participating in sound healing sessions or sound baths for your own safety. Sound baths are also not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.

• Please plan to arrive a little early to get settled in.  Doors will open 15 minutes prior to starting time.

• Meditation will begin 5 minutes after event start time.
